“I had a slight issue with my home delivery today, called the store and spoke to James, who could not have been more helpful and friendly in resolving this for me. Having used Tesco's, Sainsbury's and Asda home delivery previously, Iceland is head and shoulders above them all. Thank you Iceland and James.”

“Very good food and good range with no bog offs! I hate them, they cause so much waste, only complaint I have is smoked salmon put straight into fridge is rotten after three days, have told manager couple times, his answer is always, bring it back, but I live several miles away and only shop weekly,it would stink my fridge and the shop if I did!, I now have to stop buying this product, sadly.”

“I have been visiting this store for a number of years and have always found it a convenient and helpful part of the community. The staff are always cheerful and prepared to chat if time allows. Their support for local residents during the lockdown was excellent. The new look after refurbishments is really impressive. Note to Google...Perhaps it would be a good idea to remove reviews older than 3 years...They do not inform on how a business is doing at present and can skew perceptions if any concerns have been noted and acted upon....”

“One amazing staff, one not so much.
Went into Morrisons today to get my shopping, as the pizzas were recommended to me for our pizza party tonight. The staff at the counter was amazing. She wrote down our order of six, said we could go shopping, and when we came back they were all there ready! She was so kinds and patient with us, I couldn't reccomend speaking to her enough!
On the other hand, when we got to the checkout it was a very different story. The lady who served us at 9.40am on checkout 2 was very unkind. She was rude when we arrived. I asked if the checkout was open and she gave me a very curt "if the lights on we are open" response. This was followed by sarcastic comments over my shopping, and at the time of payment, as I waited for my phone to load the 'more app' to save £10 on my shopping, i was told that this should have been done before I got to the checkout. The customers were being patient with me, it was just the member of staff on the checkout who wasn't. When you are fitting shopping in around taking your children to kids clubs, managing to bring other children around the supermarket with you, and balancing life at home, the least you can hope for is politeness as you part with your money.
Visit the pizza joint, but maybe go to self-service so you can leave smiling.”

“My wife who has very good taste goes here while I'm taking the kids to MD's. Fabulous food as always. They seem to be firing on all cylinders after their battles with the hackers. We'll done M&S.”

“Great little shop. Lots of fresh and inviting pastries, cakes and warm breakfast buns for sale. A bit chilly when I visited but I guess that's all the fridges keeping produce fresh. Didn't see if tea or coffee was served but it wouldn't surprise me.”

“Ordered this morning and delivered this evening. When you place your order they tell you there and then if in stock or not so you get everything you expect. Delivery man had gloves and masks on and delivered in cardboard as has been recommended on tv. Will def use again. Thank you for helping us in a time of crisis.”

“As its located at the petrol station, its the payment store for your fuel, which is convenient too, and handy for quick visits. Its set in a good location, just off one of the main roads, and the staff have always been pleasant too.”

“Fantastic shop to have on my estate. As usual, prices are reasonable, range of items good, and customer service excellent too. There's loads of parking spaces, out the front, and more on the side road. It contains a post office too, at your convenience. For someone like me, who is disabled, and can't go far, especially alone, it's actually a God send, used between their online delivery service.”

“I use this store on a regular basis. It is a ‘small’ supermarket but still has an excellent range of goods both own and proprietary brands. The staff are friendly, work hard and are always friendly. Plenty of car parking.”

“As a superstore, it has mostly all of the things that I need daily. But it does lack a few diversified brands of items like that you would otherwise find in Tesco Extras. Overall, it has all the amenities that are expected of a Tesco, like grocery, home and electrical items, toiletries, drinks, clothing, cafe, pharmacy, tesco mobile showroom, washrooms, cash machines, and so on. Petrol station is nearby. Entrance to its premises might be a little congested due to traffic sometimes. It should be OK if you avoid the peak hours. The car park has enough space to accommodate customer vehicles during peak hours, too. It is 3 hours of free parking with separate bays for electric vehicle charging, click and collect, wheelchair access, and parents with children. You might need to key in your parking code at the parking charge screens if your stay is longer. There is a bus station just across the parking which makes it easier to shop and travel by bus as well. Most importantly, a pound coin is needed here to borrow the trolley, which is slightly different from the Tesco in Stourport.”
