The lady on the bakery is always smiling and chatty and the lady who serves me on the checkout is also superb. Please let them know as it makes such a difference. It makes life seem less heavy sometimes. ✨”

“Bought a godfather 28 ounce Rump steak yesterday from the special buys section at a very reasonable £11.99... Luckily they were just putting them out so I had the pick of the best in my humble opinion.... I took it out of the fridge today an hour before cooking it at 210 fan preheated on a baking tray with vegetable oil salt and
pepper applied... I set the timer for 20 minutes took steak out after 20 mins.. Left it to rest for 10 minutes and then enjoyed with dijon mustard... It was medium rare and I have to say melt in the mouth gorgeous from start to finish, who needs salad and chips!!! ..... We'll done Aldi ✔️ nom nom...”

“Great if you need to do a little shop. Handy and easy to use. Also good that it opens at 6am. Just beware of the grouchy lady that works first thing, early morning Saturday. if your face fits she will have great customer service, but if it dosnt, you will be met will an expressionless face and one worded grunts, even if you say good morning and are really polite. The rest of the staff are really professional and polite, just this one member of staff lets the team down.”

“Very tight and busy shop. Very claustrophobic. Very tall shelving. Wide range of stuff. Post office at the back. Bit like a maze to get back to the tills as you have to avoid the aisles that are full of other customers. Although there are staff about they seemed quite young and constantly looking for stuff going out the door without payment.”
