“I shop here every Wednesday and as I'm disabled when I get to self checkout I ask for a chair they are so helpful and get me one ...today 30/7/25 I get to till with chair waiting as they saw me in store. I'd like to thank all the staff who are so lovely there,keep doing the good work guys ,and thank you so much for making my shopping experience good.”

“Very unpleasant experience at tills. Cashier had absolutely no idea how the Lidl Plus worked. She advised me to wait for the coupons/discounts to appear after I had paid. She further advised me that she could not confirm whether my Lidl Plus dad been activated. This Lidl Plus appears to be useless.”

“Nice large store with good gf section... i cook from scratch a lot and find it cheaper than the other supermarkets lots of better prices if you have a nectar card.”

“Lovely fresh produce and good deals with my more card today, very easy free parking, toilets and a good cafe. No petrol garage here though. A few shops are very near by .... walking distance from carpark”

“Good value for money. The lidl app adds value to shopping there, and the electronic receipt facility is fabulous. Prices like everywhere else are showing increases, in some cases the price rises are substantial. Staff very helpful. If you use the Lidl app you can get an electronic receipt. The monthly rewards are a welcome bonus.”

“This is a lovely store. Not only are the shelves and fridges always well stocked, the place is immaculately clean and Health & Safety is obviously a priority because I’ve never found boxes, sheets of polythene or cardboard lying about. But what I love the most is the attentiveness of the check-out staff: I had eight 5L bottles of water in my trolley and in every other supermarket I have to haul them into my trolley, haul them ALL out again to scan them, haul them back INTO my trolley then haul them OUT again to put them into my car boot. As I have a hernia this is both agonising and dangerous but there’s no chance I have to do that in Aldi - the staff on the self-service tills literally SWOOP on my trolley, swipe one bottle then multiply the total by eight to save me having to scan each one. Now THAT’S what I call service! Very impressed with this store.”

“Our first time in Ironbridge, so please we decided to pop in here. What a fabulous establishment, great choice of drinks, including real ales - so refreshing to find a pub that isn't owned by Marstons or Greene King! Family owned, and it showed. We decided to have lunch, hubbie had Cajun Blackened Rump Steak and I had the Halloumi and Mushroom burger. Wow!! The taste was amazing, so many great flavours, would definitely recommend both. Pity we weren't in Ironbridge longer! We will be returning to the Swan. Extremely friendly, professional and accommodating staff.”

“Brookside premier shop is an excellent local shop who caters for every one's different needs with the post office being inside the is so very convenient and stays open as long as the shops open the owner even says if we don't supply it we will try and get it”

“Good clean shop, plenty of stock, staff were very friendly. the only downfall is car parking which is payable nearby which means what you save in the shop you pay in parking!!”

“Big store, well stocked and great prices. Their Muller Frigg milkshake is 95p. It's between £1.50 & £1.70 in the supermarkets. McCain Microwave chips 4pk £1.79. £3.20 in the supermarkets. Pack of 4 pre baked frozen baked potatoes £1.95. Between £3.40 and £4 in the supermarkets ( different brands). I saved a lot of money just on basics and these prices were not offers, just every day prices!Anyway, a nice store, nice prices and lovely staff. Plenty of parking spaces, including disabled, and no lengthy queues at the checkouts.Ill be back ??”

“Big thank you to Andy the store manager who helped my mum when she visited the store today and had a moment where she felt faint. He went above and beyond which made her feel safe and comfortable. This is our local store and the staff are always super helpful n friendly”

“A well stocked Sainsbury's store. A good range of food and household goods. Ample free parking. Staff are very friendly. The staffed checkouts were very busy, but only a short wait. There was some store restocking taking place which made it a little awkward getting around some parts of the store as a few of the isles are a little narrow.”

“Always come here extremely friendly staff there to help when you cor find the thing your lookin for in the shop very respectful and kind people always smiling can have a nice little chat to. Would always recommend this shop to anyone.”

“You can't really beat marks and Spencer for it's quality and customer service but the telford store itself is a throw back to days gone by and does need some love and refurbishment to improve it's shopping experience.”

“This çoop feels more like a local shop, staff always friendly and helpful. Great choice and waiting times were OK. Opening hours are great. Pleanty of parking. It even has a bench inside for a sit down. It feels like part of the community and I'm happy to buy from them as I feel they want to give something back”

“Smaller version of a Tesco store but still a wide variety of stock. No pharmacy but over the counter meds are sold. Huge free car park and good Covid practices. Also toilet inside and tobacco counter. Fresh and frozen products. Seasonal stuff displayed. Small clothing section. Can be queues at tills.”

“Cashier behind the till at around half 9ish was abused by a customer, he’s always amazing and doesn’t deserve a complaint his way as he didn’t do a thing wrong even though the customer was getting aggressive and filming”

“I think the guys name is Glenn, black beard and glasses. He helped me with the self serve machine when it swallowed my money. He explained what happened and was fully understanding of the problem and came up with a solution. I could not praise the guy enough top bloke and really helpful.”

“Something we picked up was missing a barcode. The checkout lady was talking to a customer on another till and asked my husband to fetch another item. Then carried on talking to the other customer while i carried on packing. Not very good customer service.”

“The lack of small and large trolleys on an ordinary day was appalling. It's put me off doing any Christmas shopping at this branch. There are people walking round the car parks looking gor people going back to their cars.”

I had an issue with a van driver in the car park. An Asda colleague came he acted calmly and reassuring. Unfortunately the van driver was rude to both the Asda Colleague and myself. All was sorted , I would like to thank the kind Asda Colleague for his presence, kindness and reassuring manner. Thank you”
