“Just seen this branch has got one star. Probably due to a grievance rather than the overall picture. After seeing this I felt I had to put a positive review because I find them helpful and friendly. One guy is a bit more ‘rule for this rule for that’ but probably he’s correct just makes it more difficult but we get round it. He’s helpful and polite which is what matters. I would recommend the branch as a banking option if you are interested.”
