“Went into the Stourbridge branch today as I needed to put in a check. I suffer with anxiety disorder and was very upset because i was haveing trouble locating a branch and phoneing was a long and arduous process . In the end I had to travel from Birmingham to Stourbridge to put in my cheque . I was upset and in tears and very annoyed going into the branch . but I would like to say Lisa came straight over to me and took me to a cubicle and sorted out my complaint she was empathic very patient and understanding and she managed to calm me down and while she was doing the paperwork she listened to my problems and was there for me and Lisa gave me the space I needed . Lisa is a credit to your company I have never in my whole life met such a lovely and understanding person . She truly made me feel like the only person In the bank and she didn’t judge or rush me .
