“Last year in October I went in this branch to put some money in an investment account never been in before service was really good. A year as past so my investment needed sorting out again, I went in last week to get things sorted and to get help with there online app, service was great but we had trubble trying to get the app to work, so my online code came in the post tried it. No luck, so back in today get help, the same lady was there so I went though it with her and her colleague but still no luck, then the lady said let try again. All went through with her help. What a great experience I had, the service was brilliant, I felt such a valued customer. Nothing was rushed I can't thank the young lady enough, and service with a smile too. What an asset she is to the company. So thanks again from me.....”

“Have found this bank to have always given good service the staff are eager to help when required there is a choice of cash machines to pay in or withdrawals. Today 29th December there was a queue but a member of staff explained the staff shortage due to illness and let me say in these difficult times how grateful we are to still get personal service from banks.First class merry hill Halifax may you see us into a better new year.”

“First time at this branch. Walked in and first impressions weren't great.. couple of staff members appearing to have a meeting out in the open, only one person behind a cashiers desk despite there being 5 windows and one person behind the customer services desk with about 5 people queuing.... But first impressions can be misleading.
There was plenty of space for my pregnant wife to take a seat whilst I waited in queue.
A member of staff came out and made her way along the front of the queue asking people what they were in for and directing them as necessary - it seems the lady on the service desk was helping a customer out with something that was taking a while.
What appeared to be a manager also made his way along the queue apologising for the delay.
I was directed to the cashiers desk for my query. The lady there was very helpful and my query resolved promptly.
Overall a pleasant experience once the nature of the cause of the queues was transparent.”

“Went to the Dudley branch yesterday, my daughter had opened an account on line but something wasn't right. They found out what was wrong and sorted it out. Then Ivelina was brilliant. She helped my daughter to transfer her CTF over and then helped her to open a savings account. Nothing was to much trouble for her she was really helpful and friendly. All this was done without having to make an appointment either. Thank you so much.”
