“Appointments are on time. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. I had a cough and they brought me some water without me having to ask. The optician was very efficient and explained everything during the test. Sam was lovely and helped me choose my frames and gave me honest opinionsas to what suited me. She was really friendly and we chatted throughout. Overall a great experience. Thank you.”

“I must say when attending Boots pharmacy I never have any issues and every single staff member I meet is relatively pleasant, simple quick transaction and I’m on my way. However, I will just say there is one particular staff member on the pharmacy team that I would rather avoid, she is not incredibly rude to the point that I’d go out of my way to report her but she is not the most friendly member of staff haha. I’ve heard he speak to other customers rather bluntly and slightly snappy, but I know retail can be testing and you never know what someone is growing through behind closed doors. It’s just a shame as all the other staff members are very attentive :) my go to pharmacy and very close to me”
