“I cannot express my praise for JJs highly enough. I have been using them for about 8 years and they are absolutely superb. I have complicated health problems which require lots of prescriptions which I have to collect each week. They chase my doctors for these every week and keep me up-to-date if things haven’t come in. All the staff are absolutely lovely and you couldn’t wish for nicer, friendlier, more helpful or professional people. I honestly can’t fault them. I have actually moved house and even though it is now out of my way, there is no way I work trust my prescriptions with anyone else.”

“Brow threading ladies here are excellent and friendly. There is also a recycling point for empty blister packs which we don't seem to have anywhere else in the city. The loyalty point scheme is also well worth enrolling in too.”

“I have to grab tablets a few times a month. Pretty much always get served by the same person (dark hair - fantastic nails) who is always brilliant, patient and kind. I’ve never had a bad experience at this pharmacy with any member of staff and any problem such as manufacturing issues have been dealt with quickly. Easily the best pharmacy I’ve been to with EASILY the best service and nicest staff and this is including pharmacies in Bristol, Manchester and Cardiff. 10/10 guys!”

“Well ... frustrated and exhausted after yesterday's attempts trying to get an answer - 9am until 945pm - constantly engaged. BUT that all melted away when an extremely pleasant and polite young lady answered the phone at approximately 8.15am this morning. She took details very efficiently and when I advised her about my attempts yesterday - she sincerely apologised - I was impressed to say the least.”

“I was shocked by the huge increase in level of customer service today. I rang this am for a repeat prescription, and the phone was picked up - huge improvement. I was then advised my order should be there tomorrow (unheard of - usually a week). Surprise call back later in the morning to say my request was ready to pick up. Didn't quite believe it but went to pick up and it was ready ?. Whoever is dealing with prescription requests, well done ? absolutely brilliant service and so unexpected, especially with the call back to let me know.
