“I accompanied my husband today to have an eye test and buy some new glasses in the Bromsgrove branch of Boots opticians. The staff were all welcoming and the store was bright and clean. Fiona helped us choose new glasses for my husband, she was very attentive and patient, offering informative advice in choosing the correct reactive lenses and what frames suited him best. Fiona made the experience very pleasant, I would definitely recommend this store. A Big thank you to Fiona!”

“I actually like savers. The shop has three aisles. Has a bit of everything. It has named brands and generic. It stocks all over the counter medications. Has a range of hair and beauty, household cleaning and ungents for abultions. (Also some of the oddest alcohol) Note it has a little of everything and can seem more like an Aladdin's cave. It can seem very busy at times. But the staff are ever so friendly and will help with any enquiry.”

“I was doing my weekly shop today and felt unwell with chest pain. I was struggling to load my shopping at the checkout and the till operator kindly finished packing my bags for me. I sat down in the pharmacy and one of the staff there asked if I was OK so I explained that I thought it was acid reflux. Another assistant, Clare, asked about my symptoms, called the First Aider, Sam. They got me some Gaviscon which I took and in a short time felt a little better.Clare then walked with me to my car and loaded my shopping in the boot.I'm 72 and not in the best of health; these two lovely staff members Clare and Sam, really looked after me and were so caring and kind.I hope they read this as I just want to say thank you ?12/01/24”

“the place has turned in to a joke. six hours after latest prescription going to the i went to collect it. Got told pharmasizt has just gone to lunch. come back in 30 mins. this was after queueing of of the door to be served. wife has gone back today...queued for 20 mins to be told tablets are not ready. do we get to sue if i drop dead! last month picked up precription in bag...got home it was seriously strong painkillers for someone else. In the wrong hands this again have killed someone. get this bunch now befor someone gets seriosly hurt. i emailed their head office..no respons jokers”
