    Didn’t appreciate having the details of my prescription announced so that everyone in the shop overheard!!! Will be swapping to a different pharmacy where hopefully the staff are a bit more understanding with regard to patient confidentiality.

    The one star is for the shop itself, well stocked and Tracey, who works the shop, is a gem and is very experienced at what she does, a credit to Knights.....The pharmacy itself used to be organised, well staffed with staff that show a good bedside manner, this was only 3/4 months ago.
