“I had an appointment and when I arrived & the time wasn't scheduled, however, the gentleman on the reception was really helpful and got me an appointment 20 minutes later.Everyone in the shop that day was so helpful and friendly, it was the 10th of November.The lady who did my appointment was really helpful and gave me a lot more information than I was used too, and I felt like she really cared.All the staff where fantastic and left me feeling a valued customer.”

“Lovely friendly female staff, and very helpful pharmacists who are often quicker for medical help and advice than waiting to see a GP and far more knowledgeable about medicines. There is a consultation room if you want to speak to a pharmacist in private. Pharmacy can be quite busy as it's joined to the Winyates Health Centre/Doctors surgery where prescriptions are sent across electronically. However waiting times no more than 5-10 minutes during peak periods with a few seats available. Located at Winyates Shopping Centre, with a large car park at rear and right next to the 58/57 bus stops. Later opening hours are convenient for after work visits. Disability/wheelchair friendly, and public toilets available onsite. Definitely one of the best and most convenient pharmacy's in the town.”

“Boots, like many large Pharmacists, has most of your health and wellness needs covered. It also has a fair amount of cosmetic needs covered as well. Need Vitamins? They got it, pain medication, they got it. They even have a healthy selection of infant care, from food to nappies. Of course they fill out your prescriptions in a friendly manner.\\n\\nThe staff are friendly and helpful and will answer your questions in a prompt and professional manner. I do recommend visiting them if your local Pharmacist lacks anything you need.”
