We have used this store for twenty years, friendly staff. But we called today, and it was colder than ever in the store. Apparently the heating is faulty, have they not heard of temporary heating? Great Store. So many bargains. I get very excited when I visit the store and overcome with emotion. I was told there is dogging in the Car Park on Saturday evenings but have been many times and not seen it yet

To the employee on the shop floor who asked if I wanted a basket and was very polite (he had a trolley stuff of stock and was opposite the self check out with short brown hair) you deserve a raise, brilliant customer service
