“Good quality produce but this store has a major drawback in that parking isn't free (if you're doing a weekly shop which takes longer than 30 mins). Bromsgrove residents are more likely to go to Redditch where all the supermarkets have free parking.”

Logical layout, seems clean, has parking and wheelchair access.”

“Rang Morrisons Bromsgrove prior to popping over to enquire about a product. Stock availability was confirmed so I popped over to their store.
I went to the customer service desk and was helped by a fantastic member of staff called Jenny...she spent 20 mins with me sorting out the suitcase size I wanted by going through a few boxes and we finally found the one I wanted.
Her professionalism was exceptional, her manner & customer service skills were exemplary. I would like to thank Jenny for taking the time & having the patience with me this morning helping secure my purchase. She is a credit to the Bromsgrove store and an exceptional customer service operative. 10/10”
