“Trundle in off the street looking for a small gift. Easy wheelchair access and greeted by a young beautiful redhead who understood exactly what I was looking for. She spent ages working by through the pictures and carefully explaining what I could purchase. Well pleased with my brush I was able to leave the store for the nearby car park.”

“We have used this store for twenty years, friendly staff. But we called today, and it was colder than ever in the store. Apparently the heating is faulty, have they not heard of temporary heating?
It was warmer outside.
At least we spent less, we couldn't wait to get out.
Fix it Bromsgrove, there are plenty more supermarkets.”
