“Staff helpful but lately they are overwhelmed by the amount of patients they are having to deal with. As a patient it can be a bit off putting when staff don't communicate properly. We're all busy patients & staff. We do use the services available from NHS. It is frustrating when staff assume you have not checked everything properly. Assuming we want to collect everything at once is not always true. As I said the staff do their best in a difficult situation.”

“A very well conducted eye test. Welcomed on arrival, and ushered in for initial tests. A very friendly and professional optometrist then conducted further tests. The whole procedure was fast, efficient and a pleasant experience.”
