“Everything on the day of my appointment was excellent.The reason for 4 stars, was that my first appointment was cancelled, as the Optician called in sick on the day.I had chosen the date to fit in with a number of other appointments, so it was a disappointment to have to change it.I realise that people get sick, so it was not Boots in Trowbridge that were at fault.I should say that this has happened before.”

“I have been using Lloyds pharmacy in Hackett Place frequently for the last couple of years for my repeat prescriptions and other things as needed. They are friendly, efficient and helpful, and communicate well. When I have needed advice, they have been very happy to give it, in private if necessary.”

“Fab place. Only thing is, the staff jump on you as soon as you walk in, like to make a sell. I like to browse and not feel pushed into buying. Clean and tidy store. Has a pharmacy inside and a perfume counter. A few deals on.”

“I visited Boots in Trowbridge today. The staff, as always, were very helpful and friendly. I felt so sorry for them as it was so very, very hot in the store. It only took me a few minutes to become overwhelmed with the heat myself. This is not a new occurrence as my sister was overwhelmed with the heat and nearly collapsed over a year ago. I would have given 4 stars but as a result of no air - conditioning I have given 3 stars.”
