“Received excellent customer service yesterday. Was buying compression gloves and the nice lady behind the counter pointed out that i had small hands and that the gloves may be too big. She provided a tape measure (as trying them on is a no-no due to covid) and so i was able to confirm the smallest size would be ok. As i was just expecting a money transaction, her extra assistance was most appreciated, especially in the current situation.”

“The Melksham store is closed around lunch time which is not advertised online, it says it is opened so went there and could not get my things.
Came back later that day, staff was very nice and helpful.”

gripe is the app which I find a nightmare, every time I want to use it I have to sign in...just bring back a good old card.”
