“Super friendly staff, I recently moved back to the UK and living aboard. The lady helping me was super helpful and so polite. When I went back a couple of times the following week she made a point to ask me how things were going. That in my eyes is excellent customer service.”

“Never really had a problem at this branch. The staff are always helpful, courteous, and attentive. The only drawback is the queue to the cashier, if there's something that you can't do at the self service machine. Don't do it if you're in a bit of a rush save it for a time when you've got all the time in the world, as you've always got Fanny Adams who's not upto date with modern day technology and wants to do everything at the cashiers desk like were still in the 80s or 90s. LOL”
