“The Staff Here are Absolutely Brilliant - Customer Services are Not.I recently Opened a Current account With Lloyds, and the Same day it was Opened, I recieved a text message Telling me that it was Unsuccessful. I visited the Branch The Following Day, And was then told that It was Unsuccessful ( at 10). The Same Day I recieved A Text message telling me that it was successful, So i am Confused as to whats actually going on . Over the next few days i recieved a letter telling me that i was "ready to start using Internet Banking" so i assume its Open. But Credits To Nadine For Helping me If Anyone Comes in and sees her Then be extremely Thankful she is a credit to The Business, And Is Very Proffessional and Polite !!”
