Well let's just say honestly it doesn't harm to pick up the phone as when you call the store they can't be bothered answering especially when you have spent money for your goods to be collected

I recently got a new phone from jack at the phone section in currys. Very helpful and knew all the best deals and promotions. He also assisted in moving my content from my old phone to the new one. First class service. I will definitely be getting my next phone in this Store
