“Not a bad store, only bugbear was the wait to be served although they were training more staff the day I went. In the main the staff were good but they must sometimes be overwhelmed by the length of the queue.”

“Very good service. The staff are really friendly and helpful but they didn't have a working model of the latest phone i wanted. They also didn't have any of the accessories i wanted. I've been with o2 for years and the coverage in Swindon is excellent, not so great in other parts of the country though. The transfer to a new phone was painless and although i switched from an iphone to a galaxy, I'm definitely sticking with o2”
