“Ordered a set of Thule Roof bars for click and collect. Person on the till went out back and on return quizzed me about what I'd ordered. She'd noticed that I needed 3 parts but she only had 2 so checked the order, which was correct. Turned out it had been picked incorrectly which she picked up on, returned to the warehouse and got the right part.

“Not a bad store, only bugbear was the wait to be served although they were training more staff the day I went. In the main the staff were good but they must sometimes be overwhelmed by the length of the queue.”

The staff were really helpful, because it was a return they explained the warranty etc. well, great service and its now always the first place I check when buy buying large ticket items, because the discounts are great! Only one downside is the telephone number is now 0345, so it costs more to check if they have a specific item in store. Not the fault of the store, but no doubt a head office decision to save money and reduce calls to the store. It’s a little thing but the store assistants were really helpful and knew what they had in stock, and when was best to pop in, so this change is a pitty.”

“I shopped in store today, and I must say the self scan check outs are a total nightmare for 1 staff member alone to sort out aswell as working on the normal till too. This is not convenient for the huge queue of people wanting to make purchases but I have to say your staff member, Luke I believe, remained calm under a lot of pressure from customers and was so friendly and polite, this staff member certainly deserves some recognition for his hardworking and polite work ethic.”
