“Went to store on Saturday 21st October with our grandson to buy his 1st pair of shoes. We were served by Amber and she was magnificent. Obviously getting feet measured for the first time can be daunting for a toddler but Amber made it a game and was brilliant with him. We came away with 2 pairs of shoes for him and will be back next time he needs some shoes. Amber is a credit to the store.”

In the preamble waiting to speak to a human I was asked if I would leave a review which I agreed to .However after confirming my order the call ended, hence I'm leaving comments here.When I ordered my purchases I was told I would be phone to say when products instore.This didn't happen,but this was to my bonus as I wouldn't have spoken to the delightful Anastatia. She was polite a, helpful and had a LOVELY GIGGLY VOICE. THANK YOU ANASTATIA, have a good day.”

“Shopped at this location yesterday for the first time, as usually go to White Rose. Absolutely outstanding service from Faye who was busy dealing with stock when I made an enquiry. Immediately stopped what she was doing, came over to assist and even recommended products. It is rare to see such outstanding service now, but certainly a location I'll shop at more. Keep shining ?”

“Very helpful staff plenty of stuff to choose from all from reasonable prices. This store is now closing down to move to the new store which used to be H&M in trinity walk at the end of September.”

“I shop the curve section online as it's not available in store. Not a problem as it arrives quickly with click and collect,. The stock package is brilliant at the minute, and great value for money. Staff are always pleasant and happy to help, when collecting. some times have to queue or wait a while but hey that's life, they are doing their best ??”
