“I don't think I've ever left a review of an All Saints let alone any department store for that matter, but I felt compelled. I can't even begin to describe how good the customer service I received was. I was greeted by the most helpful lady, (I believe she's the manager). I described what I was after, and she loaded me up with a few items to try on. She then pointed me in the direction of upstairs where Amelda greeted me and also loaded me up with even more items to try on. Maybe the best customer service I've ever received, absolutely made my week. Thanks so much!”

He was more than accomodating and even stayed back a bit past closing time as I wasn't easily making my decision. He was knowledgeable and was able to give advice where needed. “Fair prices and some top names. Dropped a star as their adverts say "mens shoes £9". There was 1 style at that price. I did come out with 3 pairs of shoes and a pair of trainers though.Shop is well laid out with plenty of seats to sit and try shoes on. Staff are friendly and greet you as you walk in, always willing to help.”
“Just been shopping at the Next store in Crown Point Shopping Centre and I cannot praise the young store assistant Roxanne enough! Such a lovely experience and that service with a smile throughout, helping me find items online and instore. A shining example to other assistants. Made me glad I went in after work to pick up a gift , I left smiling too. With a sevice like that I shall definitely be returning. Roxanne is an asset to the store, a true gem!”

“Made an order online, shoes arrived but didn’t fit.Attempted to return them but due to the type of delivery I was unable to make the return in store.Spoke to a lovely lady, who was able to solve the situation and helped me find some shoes that did fit so I could make an exchange.We had a chat about different shoes (mainly the waffle ones) and she was very friendly and professional.Top service from the moment I walked into the shop, same lady saw the process through and made sure to say bye and wished me a good day as I was leaving.”

“This store is in a good location with plenty of free parking. Good selection of adult and children's clothing and trainers, i did struggle getting hangers off the rail's due to how they had been hung by staff. The isles are not ideal if you are a wheelchair user, or have a pram. A better layout of rails would make access easier around the store. Staff helpful and friendly.”
