Rude staff, condescending and miserable. Speaking down and not helpful when I had a query about an issue with a click and collect.
This seems to be the older members of staff.

Good stock but had a very unpleasant visit today due to extremely rude woman on the till.

Very bad experience with staff, they are so rude with customers. I went tbere to return something and have receipt with me as well but the staff member said that the item you want to return is not in list.
