“Incredible, kind and helpful with my e-bike repair. Rob did an amazing job with my bike and I swear its running better than when it was brand new. I didn't catch the name of the fella who serverd me when i picked it up today but he was also incredibly helpful and helped me get everything set up properly and even helped carry my bike down the stairs!”

“Brilliant staff at this Card Factory! Nothing is too much trouble and I did need help last time I was in with finding a specific item, thanks ladies!
The only thing that I would change is the opening hours, Card Factory, you are definitely missing out on customers from 8.30am, especially those of us waiting for a certain Eye care shop to open at 9am, very often there's a queue waiting outside and many saying they wish they could do their cards etc.. shopping while they waited!”

“Robert Booth was very helpful when we were choosing new carpets and I have been very pleased with the choice I made and its fitting which was partly on an open staircase.I then went back for made to measure curtains and found the perfect curtains with the help of Harriet who brought samples out to the house which have been well made and carefully hung by their fitter.”

“Great showroom showing all the different options. Not as expensive as you would think and great professional customer service all round. Janet in the showroom is genuine, welcoming and really informative. Nothing was too much trouble. Surveyor was professional and likeable and came up with some great ideas to fill the awkward spaces. Delivery was as planned and fitter worked like a trooper and did a superb job. Obviously takes real pride in his job. No trouble all the way through. Glad I bought from Sharps and will be going back when the next bedroom has an overhaul!”

“Outstanding customer service from Shaun and Sharik at Wakefield store. I was looking at furniture that was hoping to purchase but wanted to double check measurements and return the next day to confirm. They were so helpful with no pressure at all. I returned the next day to place the furniture order. I was also looking at LVT and carpet so returned a week later. They both took care of me again giving me excellent service and advice. Needless to say I have ordered the flooring and carpet too. I will be back soon to order bedroom carpets. Would highly recommend.”

“Bought our new cooker here and small under counter fridge for my Uncle. Our cooker was installed for us by Currys staff for £80, as per health and safety regulations. We were very happy with the service. Plenty of electrical and electronic goods, phones, laptops,computers TVs etc. The staff are always very helpful.”
