“Great place to shop. The self service tills are very slow and unresponsive.
The store seemed to have a lot of staff on the shop floor who were helpful but they need human till points open for the older people because of the poor self service points. Use your staff more effectively.”
“A huge shop where you can find a lot of different goods with food, clothes, kitchen utensils, a small amount of electronics and household chemicals, as well as stationery. Prices vary everywhere, but you can find something to choose from. It's a good shop with a lot of stuff.”
“I like shopping at Morrisons but some prices are ridiculous. Nowadays, because of inflation, people cannot afford expensive food prices. Staff is very kind and helpful. When i look for a product that i cannot find, they always help.”
“Always a well stocked freezer shop with decent bargains some of the prices are a bit high now but you get free delivery for a £25 instore shop ,parking is the only let down.helpfull staff”

“Amazing customer service by **Sean** I can't thank him enough for his professional, efficient, helpful, empathetic, yet friendly manner and an all round great attitude with an issue that Uber should have sorted!!!! (I will never use Uber delivery again. 3 times I have used their services and 3 times my order was wrong or messed up yet they refuse to take responsibility for anything)!!!! After explaining to **Sean** (because he deserves lots of stars) what the issue was he was honest enough to admit that the store may have been partially to blame, honesty is a great trait to have! Even though it was still up to Uber to refund the issue they just weren't budging. **Sean** tried contacting them via the business side of things but Uber still wouldn't budge. **Sean** though wanted to help so did the best he could and actually overly compensated me with a Sainsbury's voucher to help rectify the situation so I wasn't totally left out of pocket. Thank you **Sean** for all your help, Sainsbury's are lucky to have you as an employee!!!!”

“Asda is very good for cheap, tasty food.. . Their 'Essentials' food, which is the cheapest is actually quite nice. Not all of it but some is.. . If I'm a bit skint and have to go for the cheaper brand it isn't terrible is all I'm saying. It's way better than Sainsbury's for example. The price of food at the minute has just gone up so much and I definitely say Asda is the best place to shop if you're on a budget.”

“What an amazing coop worker!!! Uber messed my order up and didn’t deliver and I was furious but when I called Leanne she handled the call with amazing customer service and even though the Uber driver wouldn’t deliver, Leanne went out of her way to get me my shopping by delivering it herself after her shift was over! Leanne is a credit to Coop and should be recognised because she truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue that Uber had made happen. Huge thank you from me Leanne, thanks Nicki ☺️”

“This petrol station is card payment only. Please don't feel daunted by this though. It is very simple to use, with easy to read instructions and is covid safe as their is not only no interaction with other people but it is always clean and tidy. They have plenty of gloves and paper towels at the rubbish bins. Been at various time from rush hour to quieter times and never had to queue to fill up.”

“Asda Wakefield missed some pizzas off a click and collect order, without a substitute ( out of stock ?). When mentioned that I needed the items substituting for a children’s party, the employee went to investigate. On his return he produced the pizzas I had ordered, and the manager said that we could have them for free and apologised for the inconvenience. Well done Asda. A well deserved 5⭐️”

“I can only comment on the car park. I do not shop at Aldi. I take my elderly neighbour shopping once a week. The car park has decent sized bays. There are dedicated disabled bays with extra space for mobility chairs etc.”
