My phone died and the staff at New Pudsey station were no help in getting a taxi or getting home.I explained my situation here, they immediately started charging my phone, no questions asked -looking for nothing in return.Bought a basket of shopping immediately, I’ll be a customer for life. Wonderful people.”

“A change in ownership has brought a change in attitude!Like many people I stopped using this shop years ago owing to the terrible customer service of the previous owner.However, I was told that the shop had changed hands so I decided to give the new owners a chance.I have to say, it was a pleasant and successful visit and we were served in the post office by the new owner who was the antheses of the old owner: he was polite, knowledgeable and helpful.For those who stopped using the shop owing to the previous owner, I would encourage you to get the new people a chance.”
