“Near the city centre. Hard to find parking sometimes but plenty of streets to park in. Great Post Office if you sell online. They understand if you have many small items to post. You can drop off your goods and come back later. Staff very polite and helpfull.”

“I’ve been going to this post office for 3-4 years now sometime on a daily basis. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They are happy to answer any questions. They serve as quickly and to the best of their ability as possible. Not sure why there are many 1 star reviews. As a local who lives about 2 minutes away and visits on a daily basis I haven’t come across any problems over the last 3-4 years I have used this post office.”
“The post office staff helped me out with applying for a passport. They have a photo booth to take passport photos. If your passport is very old, like mine was, you won't be able to use the express service that works with modern passports, but the staff are very knowledgeable about the paperwork involved. The photo booth cost £6 to print a sheet of passport photos that are the correct size for a passport application, just make sure to select the physical print, not the version that just uploads your photos to an internet service. There is adequate parking space outside the post office. The post office is at the back of a Heron convenience store. Sometimes the fancy passport machine seams to be offline and updating, but that is no refection on the abilities of the staff.”

The lady who runs it, Ishrat, does a fantastic job, friendly , efficient and always happy to help. same for all the staff.
