Atm always broke cant deposit money only day i get off Saturdays i know banks are trying to stop people using cash but it's ridiculous need someone to service atm machines.

Went in to add another signature to an account, a simple process of filling a form in and showing ID. Waited 15 minutes in a queue at a reception desk. No tellers available.. The young lady behind the “reception desk” said can’t deal with this here as I don’t know what to do. Rather than further explain the issue... read full comment

Staff are amazing but there needs to be more, there are always queues
