All the staff are super friendly and helpful. I send and collect parcels a lot and it’s always quick and easy. 10/10

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a post office and I have only been to this one twice in the last few years becuase of the arrogance and rudeness of the staff here.I had to literally threaten to call the police on one of there staff because they wouldn't give me my parcels back when I refused... read full comment

This is the best Post Office in Leeds, without a doubt! The lady who runs it is so lovely! She’s so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I choose to pick up and send all my parcels from here, because it’s such a pleasure to drop in. Great service, from a great person, love it here!
