One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a post office and I have only been to this one twice in the last few years becuase of the arrogance and rudeness of the staff here.I had to literally threaten to call the police on one of there staff because they wouldn't give me my parcels back when I refused to pay the postage when I didn't ask for. Don't go here.

This is the best Post Office in Leeds, without a doubt! The lady who runs it is so lovely! She?s so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I choose to pick up and send all my parcels from here, because it?s such a pleasure to drop in. Great service, from a great person, love it here!

Definitely had enough of this place. She literally makes issues out of anything, plus their seems to be some dishonesty going on. My son wanted to post a document with his passport inside. She quoted him about £60 plus insurance claiming he had to pay more to protect his passport plus it wouldn?t even arrive sooner than if he paid less. Then when my son didn?t want it, she told him, I?ve already put the price in the till, you have to pay it. My son refused and just left. We don?t go here anymore. Lots of problems and not friendly.

Money hungry. Charged £100 to get 2 envelopes to Dublin 1st class & refused to inform me that standard would get it there at the same time. Insisted I pay despite me telling them I can't afford it. Went to another post office and was only charged £18 for standard.
