I was waiting for over an hour to have a headlight replaced. At least one customer, who arrived after me, was shepherded into the maintenance bays ahead of me. At one point, three members of staff were stood directly in front of me, looking at me, having a smoke break for twenty minutes. No one approached my car or spoke...
