Was in a bit of a tizz as I had a really busy day and needed to be at work but the guys at Kwik Fit were so accommodating and fitted me in which meant I could drop my car off and go about my day. They were great at communicating throughout the day and even stayed open a little later to allow me to pick my car up when I’d finished work. As a woman I usually hate going to garages where men talk down to you or try and sell you stuff you don’t need (I actually know a bit about cars so it always annoys me) but that didn’t happen here. They were friendly, professional and got the job done. Thank you!”

“I went into HALFORDS today because my gears were not matching up and I thought the rear hanger was bent . The bike technician looked at my bike and told me it was bent and my rear derailleur was to .Not thinking he would fix it there and then , he fixed both issues with in 10/15 /minutes.Great service , friendly and extremely efficient.I think his name is Kieran but I’m not 100 percent.Very impressive.”

“Went there for a slow puncture, I feel sorry for the guy at the till ? his colleague works so slow it was painful to watch, I wouldn't hire him for an F1 pitstop but he is very friendly and a nice person ? had to wait next day for a tyre because I have a performance car and the depot that sent him the tyre sent the wrong one, the guy apologised and sent me an address for anotuer tyre place, they did the best they could tbh there wasn't much they could do so id give them 5 star for their efforts ?????”

“I recently purchased a new bike and have had issues with the chain popping off. I took my bike into this store and the manager Adam was accommodating and patient with the bike. His colleagues Pat and Ranny also helped me with my persistent questions! The bike had various problems with the chain, cassette and derailleur that were all fixed by the time I walked out of the store (nearly 2 hours later). I can't fault the service I received today as I was anxious that nothing would get done prior to my visit. The brilliant team at Leeds Meadow Lane deserve all the praise they can get!”
