I attended my 14:40 appointment today and was left very disappointed by the way I was treated.
I arrived on time and stood at the desk for around 10 minutes. During that time, two members of staff assisted other customers, both making direct eye contact with me on several occasions, but neither acknowledged my presence.... read full comment

They never answer the phone Out of the times I've rang, they've picked up once. I see that this has been an issue even 2 years ago with a response to provide feedback to its employees. Well I hate to tell you, nothing has changed. Asda management should be aware, I feel as though they might not be.
