“Very convenient as it's close by to my house, so comes in handy to do my weekly shop.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I've tried the deli a couple of times. Great variety.

Even though it takes a bit of time to get the food, i can't fault it as the food taste amazing.”

Also I'm disabled so have to use a mobility scooter, and I find home baegains one of the best place to use it, unlike similar shops, home bargains isles are clear and easy to get up and down, so it makes it so much easier for me. The staff are always very friendly too. So it a pleasure to shop here. Would 100% recommend it.”

“Like Home Bargains all year round, but best at Christmas when has its Christmas mantle on. Went this time to buy two shopping trolleys for doing our shopping, as not able to carry bags very well, but can pull a trolley. Very well made and did what it said on the tin, robust and not bad for £9.99 each. Everyone friendly and helpful.”

“This Asda store is quite big in size. They also have a very good collection of household items. Clothes are relatively cheap compared to other retailers with decent quality. Most of the time you may also find reduced items here or there.
The location is great within Crown point shopping centre. Plenty of parking space shared by other retailers as well.
At the entry of Asda, there is an escalator to go up. To come down, there is no parallel down escalator. For the accessibility, there is a lift. That is quite convenient.
There are two places for payments- ground floor and first floor. However, they close the upstairs ones very early towards the end. This becomes super inconvenient with very long queues downstairs. Even longer queues during festival times. There is no self check out.
The people are nice. Super helpful! Super busy all the time.
Happy shopping.”

“Lidl like lidl. Sometimes good deals, sometimes less so. Prices are no longer discountable. If you have coupons to use, you can save up to 15%. In my opinion, cheeses and jams are tastier than in Aldi or other similar stores. Very good machines for home use, I have several myself. Fresh bread and confectionery are amazing.”

“As Iceland goes this is my local and is fine. I'm usually the only one in there not in slippers and with more than three teeth, but that's where I live, not the shop.”

4.2Good34 Reviews

“Excellent grocery shop and has pretty much everything from Halal meat to everyday essentials such as eggs and bread. The shop keepers themselves excel in providing the best customer service and will always help carry larger items to the car. You can call them to have items ready for collections and if your local they don't mind dropping it off.”

“I hope this reaches the staff in question. I visited the Argos store in Sainsbury's Colton today. The staff Debs, Jack and especially Mandi were just lovely and went above and beyond for me. In a world of keyboard warriors and habitual complainers - I would like to say Well done and thank you. Your customer service was truly appreciated. Argos/Sainsbury's are lucky to have you.”

“Aldi in Leeds is a go-to supermarket for its unbeatable everyday range and discounts. The diverse selection of quality products at affordable prices is impressive. From fresh produce to pantry staples, Aldi consistently delivers on both variety and value. The weekly discounts and special offers make it even more budget-friendly without compromising on quality.”

“Would've been 5 stars but since the refit it is awkward to get to things in the enclosed shelving. No consideration has been given to the space the doors take up into the Isles and of how much manoeuvring people in wheelchairs or mobility scooters have to do. Sliding or no doors would have been better.”

3.8Good65 Reviews

“Love Lidls in general and this is very very well laid out store. Great deals and in my opinion some of the best tins of beans with sausages. Always found currant teacakes to be fine as well. Great staff and prices.”

3.9Good35 Reviews

“This place is nice and good for quick shopping. It is a convenient location and the road is not too busy. The parking is huge with wheelchair accessibility.
It is quite big and thus doesn't feel like a lot of people in this store.
The products are on the expensive side. But you pay for the quality. We often buy lamb and for us this is the best taste compared to any other supermarket. Other products are fresh and good quality.
The store also put some products on offer. But these offers are more expensive than others' full price for example Aldi is just opposite to Waitrose.
Their freshly baked breads are a real gem. These are our next favourite ones. You can also get them on offer if you visit around 7 pm Monday to Saturday or 3 to 4pm on Sunday.
The store has a good collection of whisky, beer and wines.
People are nice and friendly. They help you find products around the store.
Happy shopping!”
