“Definitely the best opticians I have ever had the pleasure to visit.Not only are all the staff professional and knowledgeable but the service and care to their patients is exemplary.From walking through the door to leaving all the staff make you feel at home and relaxed. The atmosphere in Goldwyn's is perfection. The reception staff are just wonderful and always have time for a chat aswell as helping you pick the perfect frames. All while running a lovely well presented office/waiting room. High five to the cups of tea they are a must try.The eye exams are gentle yet very thorough. Nazia has dedicated her professional life to optometry and it shows. The care and time she gives to each patient is inspiring. I also recommend taking children along to see Nazia her patience and calming nature would relax the livest or most nervous child. She truly shines. If money was no object we wouldn’t ever look anywhere else. (That said the lenses are a good quality).”

After having a lot of issues with previous opticians mix up of prescriptions and the PD not being right I decided to try Cubitts for the first time. “As a relatively new customer, I have been three times for different issues with my glasses. Each time I have received advice relevant to me and my circumstances. Honest and open about costs. Clear about the technical aspects of my glasses.I have used two big chains before, of which one was very good, but just not as able to be responsive to what I needed as Spectacular. Go local and stick with them when you receive such excellent service as I have.Very easy and helpful to deal with owners. I will DEFINITELY use Spectacular from now on.”

“I pay monthly for my daily contact lenses and they arrive at my home every 3 months. Unfortunately they didn’t arrive in October as they should have.I called into the store to ask why I hadn’t received them but no one could tell me why. I asked for some spares and took the spares home.Had to revisit the store after using the spares and ask for more spares. Still no one could tell me where my delivery was and why I wasn’t receiving them. The only spares for my left eye that they could provide was a slightly stronger prescription , which the optician said would be okay and it was.Third visit back to the store, no spares in stock!! However a lovely assistant called Nichola, took the time to phone and find out what had happened to my order. She found out they were out of stock and would be sent out on the 14th November. She ordered spares while I was sitting with her and said she would ring me when they arrived. She phoned me to say they had arrived at the store and I collected them today.What a breath of fresh air Nichola is. She didn’t fob me off, because she couldn’t be bothered finding out for me, she went over and above for me. Thankyou so much Nichola, you’re a real gem.Haven’t got my monthly order yet though, watch this space, fingers crossed it’s this week.”
