Purchased a new AEG washing machine from here a few weeks ago which I'm really pleased with. Proprietor arranged next day delivery, fitting and removal of my broken washing machine. Great value and service from the proprietor and the two guys who came to fit it.

they gave us a five hour window in which they'd try to show up. they didn't manage that. they didn't phone us to re-schedule or explain. when we phoned them, they simply insisted they definitely would be there that evening, for sure, but also maybe the morning after lol, and then hung up. they didn't show up the next day... read full comment
