“Called them a few days ago .. .was referred to them from a local appliance shop here in Greenville. Young guy local to Greenville (didn't catch his name) showed up a few minutes later (he called to ensure we were still good) .. no doubt the previous call had him overdue. My setup required me to help him move the washer out the way .. he was cool about the extra BS we had to do, to get to the Dryer which was basically located in a cubby of sorts. Once he got access, didn't take him long to find the problem ( heater coil ). He had a part on hand, but ... not 100% the correct one. Quick call to one of his coworkers nearby and he headed out to get the correct one. Upon return, a quick fix then we got it all back in place (a two person job). He was willing to come back later after he got off to finish the job if needed but I was going to be gone so he ensured it was completed before leaving. Super Professional. I will bring these folks back in a second to work on our appliances in the future! Great Job!”
