Every time I go in here its the same. The cashiers stop scanning to have a chat! With either the customer they are serving, a colleague, or someone they know walking by!!! And the faces on them when you say no to using the self serve checkout! Yeah sure, I'll do the work YOU GET PAID TO DO while you do nothing! Not sure... read full comment

Would've been 5 stars but since the refit it is awkward to get to things in the enclosed shelving. No consideration has been given to the space the doors take up into the Isles and of how much manoeuvring people in wheelchairs or mobility scooters have to do. Sliding or no doors would have been better.
