“Bon Marche have some very nice summer clothes in right now. The selection of summer dresses priced at £15 is brilliant. Only problem is because of the fabulous weather we are having a lot of sizes have sold out. They also have a big selection of swimsuits, but I wanted a halter neck one which they didnt have. I think Bon Marche have good value for money clothes.”

“Very helpful staff. Helped us find chocolate flake bars for poorly mum in terminal decline. Such help was priceless when we called yesterday. We also bought a nice 20 cm own brand non stick sauce pan with a 15 year guarantee. Petrol and diesel at nearby ASDA filling station is amongst lowest priced fuel in area. Nice shoppers cafe for small meals upstairs.”

“Very helpful & friendly staff. In days of rude & uninterested sales assistants it comes as a breath of fresh air to visit this store. Not only are the staff friendly & welcoming but are both polite & efficient. I had expected to collect an order at the Keighley store in Sainsburys but it was incorrectly labled. It was delivered to the Sainsburys store by mistake. The Argos staff located it & called me to arrange collection within 30 minutes of my contacting them. I think many sales staff could learn a great deal about customer service by visiting this store, the manager & his staff are a credit to Argos.”

“I regularly shop here. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly (especially the blonde haired lady who served me yesterday) and waiting times are usually pretty good. The menswear department usually has some homeware (candles) in it but was completely gone this week and looked bare.”

“Yes although it appeals to the younger generation it does sometimes have some useful basic stuff for older people. We don't have many clothes shops in Keighley now so we have to to do the best we can.”
