“I volunteer at this shop. The staff are all so nice and friendly. The shop is not that big to contain all donations that we get daily. We could do with a bigger building. Customers are mostly elders, with young parents being the second in number. ”

Really enjoy going into Crew, looking at new stock and inevitably walking out with a new purchase. My wardrobe is full of Crew! Today, I just bought some lovely new socks!”

“I'd been looking for a particular Barbour and found it on Eric Spencer's website. As I'd already been let down by another company, I called to check stock availability was as shown. A very pleasant chap took my call confirming the coat was in stock suggesting I ordered online as it was more secure. I did this on Wednesday 11th Oct, the goods were delivered today, Friday 13th. Excellent service all round.”

“Having ordered a coat online recently I found it was too big, rather than go through postal return service however I called the Ilkley shop and they were happy to exchange in store. A great level of service which sums up what is clearly a top class brand. I had a toddler with me which made browsing difficult but all clothing in store was clearly of a high quality and I will definitely be back!The coat was brilliant as well btw, I was looking to exchange but with none in stock this was a great gesture to allow a full refund.”

“We visited the store last week as we were on holiday in the area.It’s an average size shop and seems to be set out ok .Staff friendly BUT unfortunately do to my disability and a male I could not access the men’s department as it’s up a large staircase Looked around but could see no lift .Sad ? that it’s not set out half male and half female on each level at least I could have had a opportunity to look at something !!!”

“I have mostly shopped online on the JoJo Maman Bébé website, so I was happy to see this shop on a trip to Ilkley recently. The maternity and nursing clothes feel like really good quality - a little on the expensive side, but I think the quality is worth it. The website has everything, of course, but the Ilkley shop also had a good choice of maternity clothes, baby clothes, toys and books, and lots of baby related accessories.”
