So I've just been to enquire about booking a room for my brother in law who's coming down from Scotland and was met by a lady, "what do you want""I just want to enquire about booking a room for my.....""No, do it online"Then just walks away. Very rood. Was disappointed.

I stayed here for one night at the weekend and was extremely pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the room and the facilities for the price I paid. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was fab, and the little breakfast selection was much appreciated! I would definitely stay here again in the future.
