“Whilst waiting to be served i couldn't help to be impressed by the way the member of staff in store (Shannon I believe) dealt with the gentlemen she was serving in front of me and equally impressed, as an elderly person who knows little of phone technology, when it was my turn and she talked me through the options available and put my mind at rest when making a purchase. I returned two days later when my phone had been delivered in store where another member of staff (Helen?) took me through enabling the phone and showing me the basics required for first use. Very friendly and very efficient I think Three should be proud to have these members of staff working in the Castleford store.”
