“Well I will start with Joanne Armstrongs review obviously she has problems as I went to this store on Sunday to get 5g mobile broadband and may I say its absolutely brilliant but I had Jane serve me, she is a very polite lady she showed so much profession in her job explained everything step by step with me and she was so easy to talk to, So Joanne I think you have it wrong I think its maybe your attitude that got you frustrated. Also my contract phone with vodafone had come up to renewal so I decided to go back to the store on Monday and yet again welcomed by Jane and her work colleague who helped me pick a new phone and a tariff and was done very easily all the staff there were so friendly especially Jane so thank you and I recommend this store if you would like a friendly and professional visit”

“I always forget to review places. So here it is whilst I remember! CeX is genuinely one of the best.. if not the best places I go to *regularly* for my physical media/gaming needs. I've been going many times for years that I genuinely adore it here. It usually 9 times out of 10 has exactly what I need and in such spectacular condition too. And everything in this store is clearly well looked after and cared for. It's always nice to just go and look at stuff. And the staff? Don't even get me started. They're genuinely some of the most greatest, funniest, friendliest, wholesomest people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to in a shop. Everytime I go in I always feel like I'm welcomed warmly and it always makes me happy. I know you hear about the CeX 'stereotypes' but the people here are not that. They're some of the best people you'll ever meet with some of the most kindest hearts you'll have ever seen. I love going to this place.
