My shopping visit to Enterprise 5 Morrisons at Idle today wasn't pleasant.
It's been going downhill for a while now due to out of stock items and now they've taken out over half of the manned checkouts and replaced them with even more self service ones - the queues were horrendous and the amount of red lights flashing... read full comment

Just been in store and they’ve ripped out most of the manned tills and put in self serve. The woman next to me had a full trolley and they refused to man a till !

Very annoying shop. App is full of annoying and time consuming complicated time limited offers , which are too often out of stock or don't appear on the receipt. Others are out of stock so leed to disappointment. Too often common items like organic milk are unavailable. Nearest but certainly not my favourite supermarket.
