“I stopped shopping at farm foods, I'm single and found they stocked for big family sizes. Chicken products ok, but other frozen meat products aren't nice leave after taste. But I recently went back and was pleasantly surprised filled my freezer.”

“Morrisons itself is good for shopping and fresh fruit especially, but the cafe is not good, you wait ages just to get served, some of the staff don't even know how to use the till. If you're in a rush, then i do not recommend the cafe.”

“Lots of frozen foods which have various offers on I.e. 3 items (which range in price from £3.50 to £4.50) for £10. Money off if you purchase a meal offer too. Own brand items as well as recognised brands like Birds Eye, Bisto, Chicago Town, TGI Fridays, Slimming World, just mix and match across the ranges.Plenty of choice, I need to get myself a bigger freezer.Not as much variety on fresh produce but could manage as a one stop shop if I didn't have a car and relied on taxis or buses.Overall I would recommend shopping here.”

“As a indipendant permanent wheelchair user I was surprised and very pleased with the petrol station, I had pulled up to the pump and started to get my wheelchair out when the kiosk attendant came out and said if a wait a bit he would fill the car up, so I put my chair back in the car, 5 mins later another bloke came and said he'd fill the car up, which he did, he said the kiosk bloke was very busy, this guy didn't even work for morrisons, after he had finished he got in his van and left, and the kiosk guy came out and took my money, it did take 10-15 minutes altogether but he was kind enough to help me, it was my first time there, and I appreciate the effort he made to help me, well done!.”

“I visit the Manchester Road store weekly and always find the staff helpful. Sometimes I have my son with me who has additional support needs and he finds it hard in supermarkets. However he likes this Lidl store because the staff always make time for him especially Yasir and Mags. He always asks for Yasir when we go in because he chats with him and helps him find things - Yasir has so much patience. Mags always helps him at the till.

“The shop is a local vocal point for the village from what I’ve heard. But there are quite a few robberies and incidents. The villages favourite worker in the coop has left after an injury to her eye and no compensation from the company. This happened during a robbery.”

“If you need house hold items then this is the place to go! Reasonably priced for a local store and some of the stuff is rubbish when you get home and use it but it doesn't stop you from returning and spending more money! There was a time where I broke my washing up bowl and used this as a first point of call... sadly they didn't have any in and I had to travel further to asda to get one. The thing that makes this store I think are the staff! They seem to all bounce off each other and take the time to speak to you when you are in. They always make the effort to interact with my 2 year old little boy as well. Ace! I've rated 4 stars not 5 because as mentioned some stuff you buy is just tat and secondly because the store didn't have washing up bowls in when I needed one.”
