So I went to counter before I even got there a lad called finn who was working at the counter at the time saw me and provided me excellent service and hospitality got another member of staff to get me a trolly straight away”

“Its good and the girl at the checkout is such a lovely person to me and my mum i need to ask her name so i can mention her, the only problem is that they keep changing the food around so it get confusing and forget alot of things and i only shop every fortnight, and the iceland pies I've stopped buying because there's just pastry and nothing in side, and the prices keep going up other than them few things the experience is ok.”

Own brand items as well as recognised brands like Birds Eye, Bisto, Chicago Town, TGI Fridays, Slimming World, just mix and match across the ranges.Plenty of choice, I need to get myself a bigger freezer.Not as much variety on fresh produce but could manage as a one stop shop if I didn't have a car and relied on taxis or buses.Overall I would recommend shopping here.”

“As a indipendant permanent wheelchair user I was surprised and very pleased with the petrol station, I had pulled up to the pump and started to get my wheelchair out when the kiosk attendant came out and said if a wait a bit he would fill the car up, so I put my chair back in the car, 5 mins later another bloke came and said he'd fill the car up, which he did, he said the kiosk bloke was very busy, this guy didn't even work for morrisons, after he had finished he got in his van and left, and the kiosk guy came out and took my money, it did take 10-15 minutes altogether but he was kind enough to help me, it was my first time there, and I appreciate the effort he made to help me, well done!.”

“I visit the Manchester Road store weekly and always find the staff helpful. Sometimes I have my son with me who has additional support needs and he finds it hard in supermarkets. However he likes this Lidl store because the staff always make time for him especially Yasir and Mags. He always asks for Yasir when we go in because he chats with him and helps him find things - Yasir has so much patience. Mags always helps him at the till.
