Absolutely dreadful, do not & I mean DO NOT come here. It amazes me how the staff can have such awful attitude and manners towards the general population. Wish I could give negative stars. Manager shouldn't have their job. Disrespectful & unorganised.

If my rate could be -100, that is what I would choose. We've been living at this address since 2013, and since we moved in, we've been receiving mail from Santander for the previous tenant.
