“Lost a star due to fact that they are always soooooo busy; always a queue and the phone is never answered.That aside the staff are super lovely and they really do seem to do their best to assist. Like all places though some more than others!!!There seem to be new notices on the door / very visible stating that abuse etc towards staff will not be tolerated so it’s clear and very sad the staff get grief. Probably a reason not all are always smiley.Great to be able to park right outside just a shame some customers are thoughtless and take up valuable space.I recommend Nories.”

“I agree with others that the place is a mess but I went here after usual chemist let me down they wanted 15 days to supply my medicine even when I told I had run out. The queue was not to long and had my medicine 10 minutes later Staff were very friendly”

“Sonny was so incredibly helpful with my skin complaint to help me find a great spf and toner for my rosacea prone skin. Up until today I’ve felt like I was hitting a brick wall to find a company that would help me and Sonny was able to help me find solutions within in ten minutes.

Not to mention Sonny’s make up is just beautiful and sure Sonny would give awesome advice in that department too.

“I collected a prescription which was delivered to Boots from East Surrey Hospital. Boots advised me by text when it delivered there. After checking ID, immediate service. Thanks. The nearby free parking is a bonus. ( I did call earlier in the week as the actual NHS delivery took a few days, Boots did pick up and search. Note that they close from 1-2...which I have tried to edit in the google search result)”
